The Horseshoe by Paul NoonanThis picture, I hope, pays some homeage to the PreRaphaelites. It was at my brother's wedding in 1998 that I saw this incident take place. detail of The Horse Shoe by Paul Noonandetail of The Horseshoe by Paul NoonanThe girl sees the woman as if she is a princess from some story book. The woman herself was once a lilttle girl dreaming of being a princess for a day. A rare excursion into landscape for me, this is a land of make-believe where the princess has come down from her castle to receive a gift from her young admirer.
