of a Woman Graphite pencil on card I remember being influenced by Thomas Gainsborough's work when I drew this, hence the smokey atmospheric feel to it. If I drew it again I think I could make more of this picture but I'm not likely to redraw any of my older pictures. It's fair to say they are a record of how I was drawing at the time and that makes them important to me.
